From the very first moment, this hotel went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I had mentioned at the time of booking that we were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the team handled every detail with such warmth and care. I booked the Suite and asked if they could arrange somethign special for our arrival — not only was the communication flawless, but everything was perfectly prepared, making us feel like truely valued guests the second we walked through the door. The staff are absolute gems: so genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about making your stay exceptional. They turned our 4-day trip into something magical. Breakfast every morning was a treat, and on my partner’s birthday, they surprised her with a delightful little cake/pie and a small bottle of champagne. It felt so personal and heartfelt :) The hotel’s location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet right in the heart of Prague’s charm. On a chilly winter’s day, the spa was a heavenly escape, and we left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I rarely return to the same hotel, but this is the kind of place that changes your mind. Without a doubt, whenever I come back to Prague, this is where I’ll stay, no doubt. This was, hands down, one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had. Every hotel should aspire to this level of excellence, but only here have I experienced such pure joy and hospitality. Absolutely flawless!

Although we only had a standard room (not the fancy ones shown in the photos) it was adequate for our 4 night stay. Not big at all, but enough space to store our clothes, and everything worked as it should, with a decent bathroom with an excellent shower and bath. Had a sloping ceiling (3rd floor, in the roof) but managed to not bang any heads for the stay! Only a 5 minute walk to the river, and maybe 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Metro station a couple of minutes away, it is perfect for any of the Old Town of Prague and beyond. We walked everywhere. Staff were all great, always keeping busy, but always friendly. On arrival, we had a short map briefing by the chap on reception, giving hints on how to get to places - not selling anything, just being helpful. Catered for gluten intolerance, and remembered (or had a note) so every breakfast they had some GF bread ready without us having to ask every time. Breakfast had plenty of choice, from cooked to cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and cakes. Bar was quiet and well-stocked, and we tried a few cocktails. The outdoor area is very pleasant, with quiet music playing, closing at 10pm so you won't get late night partying for those wanting to sleep. Located near a noisier bar (Brit Bar), but even on the busiest night (lots of people out on the street) we couldn't hear anything once inside the hotel grounds. Couldn't be faulted.

Perfect location just in the centre of the city (during 7-days stay I had only once use the metro when going to ZOO), almost every tourist attraction was available within max. 30 min of walking. Metro (line B) 200m away, so the small shopping mall and many restaurants. The hotel is cosy. My room was clean and comfortable. I was astonished how big actually the room was, alaso it had 3 single beds which was just great in my case (me and 2 kids). There is a large selection of ingredients and dishes for breakfast. Especially friendly and helpful staff. It was a pleasure to stay in Elite Prague Hotel, I will get back there if only I am back in Prague.

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, with excellent variety of choice and served until 10.30, too! The bar was very cosy. The hotel doesn't look very big from the outside, but it just has so many lovely areas to it, all excellently maintained with lovely plants dotted around. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of everything but quiet and relaxing! I was presented with a little bottle of prosecco on my birthday, what a lovely touch! I really didn't want to leave.

Very centrally located right next to the yellow line metro station which takes you to the bus station which connects to the airport. Charles Bridge is walking distance as is Old Town and close to many restaurants/bars. Breakfast is great, lots of choice and variety, staff are nice, the room is spacious, decorated in an old style but it suits the hotel character. Very quiet at night considering it is so centrally located, great night's sleep and the aircon helps for the summer months. It was a brilliant stay and worth the price.
